"Hello?" A woman answered. "Yes, is Belinda there?" I asked. "Yes. Who is this?" "Blair." I said. "B.B.? This is your aunt Cher." she said. "Hi. Can I speak to my mom?" I asked. "Yeah, of course." She said, and I heard the phone rattle. "HELLO! You called!" My mom said when she picked up the phone. "Sorry it took so long. I got a little sidetracked with life I guess." I told her. "Oh, I understand. How is everything? It's late." She asked. "Uh, good. I was um...just curious about something." "Yeah. Ask me anything." "What is Leo's fathers name?" I asked her. "Um. I don't really like to talk about him." She said. "Mom. I need to know." I told her. "Charles." She said. "Did he go by Chuck?" "Yeah, how did you know?" She asked. "Just a common nickname, thats all. What was his last name?" "You aren't going to look him up are you?" She asked. "No." I told her. "Rowe. Chuck Rowe." She said. "Thanks mom." I said. "Yeah. Are you going to come see me? Leo wants to meet you." She asked. "Yeah, I will. I promise." I told her. "When?" "Um, I don't know. But I will." I said. "Okay. Take care of yourself Blair." She said. "Yeah mom." I said, and hung up. I sighed. I thought of calling Jake, but it was 10:00. I figured I'd just talk to him at work the next morning. There was a knock on my door. "Yeah?" I asked. Chris opened it. "Hey, I need to go to bed." He said. "Oh. Sorry. Come on." I told him, and pulled the blankets aside, climbing underneath them. I stripped down to his boxers and climbed in with me. "So, how was your night, Reggie?" He asked. "A little...uh..a little weird." I said. I got a chill up my spine. "How so?" He asked. "You'll never believe it." "Try me." He said. I sighed, and told him about the whole night, and the weird coincidence. He didn't say anything. I studied his face in the glow of my lamp. "Wow." He said. "Yeah, I know. It's freaking me out." I said. He smiled. "It's okay. Try to get some sleep Reggie." He said, and I laughed. I turned my lamp off then curled up with him and fell asleep. I woke up the next morning when Chris got up for work. I got ready and decided to head to work early hoping to get a minute to talk to Jake.
