I layed in bed with Chris until it was almost midnight. I put my robe on and went outside. I sat down in front of our door and called Brody. "You're late." He said. I giggled. "Am not." "Yes you are. Thirty seconds late." He said. "Not according to my watch." I said. "You don't wear watches." He said. "Well, not according to my phone." I said. He laughed. "So." I said. "What's up?" He asked. "Jake is my half brother." I said. "What?" He asked. "Yup." "How so?" I explained everything to him and he couldn't beleive it. "They were pretty young then though right?" He asked. "No. At thirty-four years old, you should know better." I said. "True." He said. "I was thinking they were younger for some reason." "Nope." "Your Mom and Dad settled down early though right?" He asked. "Yeah. So!" I said. "I'm sorry." He said. "There is no excuse for any of this." I said. "I know." He said. "You'd think we grew up in Chino." I laughed. "Chris and Rob did. They seem normal." "Rob is not normal." He said. "He is a little crazy." I giggled. "He is a great guy though." He said. "But, it's clear he grew up in Chino." I laughed. "Yeah." "You can tell Chris is too." He said. "They both have that tough guy attitude that comes out sometimes." "Yeah, definatly." I said. "Hey, you didn't do anything with Lukas did you?" He asked. "Nope." I said. "We kissed and that's about it." "Oh." I giggled. "It was no big deal. Didn't really even do anything for me. I was actually disapointed just a little. . ." He sighed. "Come over." "I can't, silly." I laughed. "Please?" He asked. "Why?" "Because." "Brody, earlier when I was with you. . ." "I know." "You know what?" I asked. "You wanted me." He said. "But, I didn't realize it until I was thinking about it later." I laughed. "Oh please." "You didn't?" "I did." "So come over." He said. "No." I giggled. "I need to get to bed soon." "With me." "No." "With Chris." He said. "Kind of." "You may as well be calling him your husband." He said. "Yeah right." "Blair, you live with him. You're screwing him. You cook for him. You spend almost all of your time with him. You may as well be married." He said. "That's not true." "Yeah it kinda is." He laughed as if I was stupid. "Goodnight, Brody." I said and hung up.
