Chris put his arm around me when we sat down in the theatre. I leaned into him and rested my head on his shoulder. He kissed the top of my head and it made me smile. When the movie was over, we walked around the mall for a little while, then we went back home. We layed in his bed and all I could think about was having one last line of coke. "I think I should talk to Brody." I said. "Probably a good idea." He said. I nodded. I started to feel really nervous. "Do you mind if I go see him?" I asked. "No, not at all." He said. I smiled. I gave him a kiss. "I'll try not to be too long." I said. I grabbed my purse and got some cash out of the bank. I drove to Anthony's. I parked in front of the house and just stared at it. "Blair, you are so stupid." I told myself. I hesitated as I got out of the car. "One last time won't hurt you." I said. I walked up to the front door and knocked. Anthony opened the door. "Hey, Blair? You looking for Rob?" He said. "He's in the back." "What?" "Yeah, he's here." He said. "Come on in." I was so furious. "Actually, I just want some coke." I blurted out. "Oh." He said. "I guess I could help you out there." I smiled. "One second." He said. He left the room and came back holding a small bag of it. I put it in my pocket right away and gave him all the cash I took out. He laughed when he looked at it. He gave me back 40 dollars. "It's not THAT much money." He said. "Hey, Tony." I heard Rob say. "Bye." I said and rushed out the door. "Blair?" I heard Rob say. "Fuck!" I ran to the car and drove off. I had no idea where I was going. I parked back at my apartments and walked to the small playground. I took the bag out of my pocket and stared at it. I layed back in the grass. "Damnit!" I said trying not to cry. I pulled out my phone and called Brody. "I need your help." I said starting to cry as soon as he answered the phone. "I love you and I'm sorry for the way I've been acting." "What do you need help with?" He asked. He sounded frustrated. "I just bought some coke and I'm not strong enough to just throw it away." I said. "What?" He asked sounding really mad. "What the fuck." "You gonna help me or not?" I asked. "How?" "Come get rid of it and keep me company." I said. "Why can't you get rid of it?" He asked. "I thought you cared." I said and hung up. I layed down in the grass and poured some on the mirror of my compact. "Don't do it." I told myself. "Just don't do it." I poured it into the grass. My heart started to race as I poured a little more onto it. I rolled up a twenty and sniffed it. I put the bag back into my pocket and sat down on the swings.
